These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between BASI Pilates India and the client in relation to memberships, packages, sessions and studio services.

Payments & Refunds
- 1.1All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- 1.2Memberships and packages cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged, or reassigned.
- 1.3No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, change of mind, relocation, medical reasons, trainer changes, or scheduling conflicts.

Validity & Expiry
- 2.1All packages and memberships are valid only for the specified duration from the date of activation.
- 2.2Sessions must be utilized within the validity period.
- 2.3Unused sessions will automatically lapse after expiry and will not be extended, carried forward, or compensated.

Health & Medical Disclosure
- 3.1Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or pregnancy prior to attending sessions.
- 3.2Completion of the mandatory Health PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) form within the app is required before participating in any session.
- 3.3Clients confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
- 3.4The studio shall not be held responsible for any injury, health complication, or medical issue arising from undisclosed conditions or participation in sessions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- 3.5Clients participate in all sessions at their own risk.

Instructor & Schedule Changes
- 4.1Studio schedules, instructors, session formats, and operating hours are subject to change based on operational requirements.
- 4.2In the event that a trainer discontinues services or leaves the studio, a suitable replacement will be provided. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

Force Majeure
- 5.1The studio shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or unforeseen operational disruptions.
- 5.2No refunds will be issued in such cases, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms
- 6.1By downloading and/or using the BASI Pilates India app and purchasing or using any membership, package, or session, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Studio Policies.
- 6.2Continued use of the studio, app, memberships, packages, or services shall constitute continued acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions and Studio Policies.

Compliance with Studio Policies
- 1Clients are required to comply with all applicable Studio Policies, safety instructions, operational procedures, and reasonable directions issued by BASI Pilates India and its authorised instructors or representatives.

Relationship Between Terms & Conditions and Policies
- 2These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between BASI Pilates India and the client in relation to the purchase and use of memberships, packages, sessions, and studio services. The Studio Policies regulate the day-to-day use of the studio, app, facilities, sessions, and services.

Conflict
- 3In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and a Studio Policy, the applicable Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Acceptance
- 4By downloading, accessing, or using the BASI Pilates India app, purchasing a membership or package, booking a session, or entering and using the studio facilities, the client acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to read and understand the applicable Terms & Conditions and Studio Policies and agrees to comply with them.
