The studio is located right near Noida Sector 104. It takes 5 to 7 minutes to reach on foot, which means that getting to the studio is easy for you.
2. What are the studio timings?
We know that our clients have a lot to do so we made our class times work, for people who get up early and people who stay up late. If you want to know the times you should call us or look at our social media pages. We will be happy to give you our class schedule if you talk to us.
3. Do I need prior experience to join Pilates?
No, you do not need any experience. BASI Pilates is for everyone whether you are just starting out or you have been doing it for years. Our instructors are very good, at changing the exercises to suit each person. Actually many people think it is better to start Pilates with no experience. 4. What should I wear for a Pilates session?
